arising from this site shall be exclusively in the Central
District of Maine or its counterpart state court. In the
event of any suit or other proceeding with respect to the subject
matter hereof, the prevailing party (which shall be deemed to be
the party entitled to recover costs of suit, whether or not the
suit proceeds to final judgment) shall be entitled to recover
attorney's fees in addition to such other relief as the court may
award.
