Cancellation Policy
Orders that are scheduled to ship cannot be canceled. Order cancellations must be done in writing through either email or fax using the contact information on the website or email receipt.
Order Changes
Order changes must occur before they are scheduled to ship. If you order the wrong part and it has already been processed and shipped, then the order cannot be changed or canceled.
International Shipping
International orders will be charged for shipping. The shipping/freight charges DO NOT include any associated destination charges such as customs brokerage, duty, or taxes. Those expenses cannot be calculated and collected from you prior to shipment. They are calculated during customs clearance and collected from you upon delivery. You agree to accept responsibility for those fees and taxes and agree to pay them promptly.
